For the past 12 days I've been anxiously watching the mail for my new snow camo hat to arrive and every day, it's not been there. Today...nothing. So, I go to my Visa card statement to look and see if it's been charged...nothing. :mad0222: Off I go to the Elite web site to get the phone number so I can call Kerrianne to see if there's a problem. AND WHAT DO I FIND?.........
MY HAT ORDER IS STILL IN MY CART!!!!! Somehow I must have got distracted while making the order and didnt hit the send button!!
