feeder pens on my lease

I have a guy on my lease that built a feeder pen on my lease by splitting 2 cattle panels?!?!?!?! WTF??? My pen is 10 panels dia. and I think its a little small by about 2 panels. He thinks 2-3 deer can get in at a time also? Idiots, you gotta love them. :(
