I went over to AT to see if I had any messages and I had a PM from a guy in Finland needing help with his Synergy. It's a lot easier if they are stateside. Then I just call. All the typing back and forth when they are overseas is a lot of work. I have contacted people in South Africa in the middle of the night who needed help.
