Several years ago, 3 I think, my wife bought me a DB Matrix. I don't remember what she paid for it, but it was quite a bit of money. I did not use it alot, but I did enjoy it when I did. Last year, it was in my brothers garage, and someone (no one knows who), ran it over with the car or something, breaking 3 rods and ruining the hub. I need it for turkey hunting this year, so I called Primos (I was bought before Primos took over) to order the parts. No questions asked, they are sending the parts, no cost, I only pay the shipping, $16!! Now this is what I call customer service! From now on, if I need anything hunting related, I will look at the Primos products first>

I wondered if they would stand up to the original DB warrenty and cs, looks like they are doing a good job at it, maybe they should team up with Elite

I even told them it got run over by a car...didn't matter, parts will be here by next Monday.

I bought two Primos 46 game cams last year. Neither one of worked properly throughout the season. I contacted them and they gave me an RA number to return them and they sent me two new cameras. They had been opened and resealed with tape so I called them and they said that they checked the new cameras they were sending me to make sure they worked. Pretty good CS for sure.

Primos customer service is awesome. Had a DB stool that broke on me and they sent me a return number and had me ship it back, had my new stool in a little over a week (they were backordered).

I prostaff for Primos and they are a great company to work for. There customer service is hands down one of the best in business. They truly want their customers to be happy with the product. Will takes things to heart and tries to only put out the best items.
