What do you like or dislike about the quickspin speed hunter vanes?

I'd like to get some but I'm not sure whether to go with the 2" or 3.125" vanes???

I shoot the quick spin 2" and love them. They control my BH's great. Just as good as blazers IMO

2" quickspin speedhunter st's are the best vane you can buy to stabilze your arrow. the only thing is dont fletch them with any more than a 1 degree offset b/c if you fletch them at a helical you will lose speed at longer distances and the vanes will be a little louder in flight. imo they cant be beat. best vane i ever shot. i would suggest to get the st's instead of the normal quickspins b/c they dont wrinkle up like the normal ones do. they are a little expensive though, thats why i switched to the 2" duravane predators.

I liked them but in my last setup they seemed a touch louder than my blazers...so my uncle said as he stood to my left and down range.

No where near as loud as the 4 inch feathers...yuck!

Good flight and they seemed to support heavier arrows and BH's better than my 2 inch blazers...slightly better.

Don't know if they've improved from the original qs but I tried them and did a test between them and blazers. They was no difference between them and blazers, if anything they were louder and damaged very easily. Bottom line they were not worth the extra money you pay for them compared to blazers.

I have never tried the 2" speedhunters but have used the 2" 3 1/8" and 4" Quickspins. The 2" Blazers are just as good as the 4" Quickspins and very tough. I wrinkled up the Quickspins but they straighten out real well with a hair dryer.
