When you put a level on the large shaft and set the D-loop to that level and then you shoot the smaller shafts, I have found that you have to lower the sight to compensate or you get a high shot......Am I right on this? Anyway, I'm out of the X ring and off target with the thinner shaft.

Probably need to adjust the rest when you switch around.

Yes if you are tuned to a large shaft and switch to a smaller dia shaft you will be nock high and hit low if the arrow weighs the same.

I moved from "standard" shafts (GT, Victory, CX) to Easton Axis arrows. Penetration improved considerably. Based on my grouping at 40+ yards, you might be able to conclude that there was less drift from crosswinds.

Yes, thats why I have to lower the sight just a bit to get it on target. I had to lower the sight some and I was following the arrow. I have marks on my HHA sight strip just a smidgion above the 20yd mark for the X-cutters.

I agree, you have to retune for nock height to get the best performace from switching over

Not sure now what I want to do. I'll try the X-Cutters for awhile at 3-D but it seems I always migrate back to the .22s. I just like that arrow.....
