How far down will a 70 pound judge go?

I think the judge is still a only 2 full turns out on the bolt. dont try 5 turns like others. Course thread on them.

Most of the bows are advertized at 50 to 60 and 60 to 70lbs. I wouldn't turn it all the way down......leave a pound or two on the limbs. Its like reloading bullets. Its more dangerous to undercharge a load in a bullett than overcharge.

The 70lbs Judge will max out around 71-72lbs. If you back out the limb bolts two full turns you should be down to 61-62lbs.

On the Judge:

126 = 60lbs
210 = 50lbs

Technically if you turn a 70 down to 60 there are still 60 pounds on the limbs;)
The bow wont be as efficient but will shoot likely better than you do.
I had always heard 2 turns is more like 6-7lbs, but then Id play with the harness to get it performing well after the limb weight change and make any DW adjustment that way to get where you want.
