Ice Cams and Draw Stop Marks

I notice on the modules that there is an aroow that points to a number that corresponds to the draw length. Is it the arrow or the which hole the screw is actually in that indicate the draw length. For example, if the arrow points to the number 2 but the screw is actually in the number 3 hole. Which setting is the bow set at?

On the chart it idicates that for 26" draw the draw stop should be at 4.3. How do I tell which mark is 4.3?

Just guess. It's not suppose to be exact just a starting point.
