Well I got what i've been waiting for, my new black limbs and carbon fiber sideplates today. I offically call my bow "Black Death" because it's gonna put down alot of deer this year.

Holy crap I didn't even notice it.... the bow shop is closed tomorrow.

Rats, if you were here in CA I'd press it for ya' and get the cables right. Hope you can get that fixed and out shooting soon!

Good looking bow.
Also, just so you have some peace of mind, nothing terrible will happen if you shoot it like it is until you can get it in and get those cables straightened out.

You donīt need a press to change the slide.Remove the cable rod screw out of the riser,pull the rod out ,reverse the slide put the rod thru it again and into the riser.

When I turned the cable slide the cables are rubbing together. Am I just stupid or something and can't understand what the heck is going on?:thumbsdown:

the difference between the two pictures to me looks like the bow would have to be pressed to fix it.
Never mind, looked at it closer. It's hard to see where the cables cross with the background pattern.

If the cables are not mounted on your bow like in the pic I posted than yes you need to press the bow.The cable which is closer to the riser is also the one closest to the string or farthest away from the cable rod,with the other cable going behind it ,closer to the cable rod.Hope itīs understandable
