Just wondering if anyone else has tried any of the Wilderness Athlete products? I have been using there two different drink mixes with great results. Just curious if any one else has had any experience.

Jake...
It is legit.. We did a show with them on Bowcast a few years ago it is a pretty good show.. I live in the SW so water and hydration is a major concern.. These guys are really on to some...

I just got some of their new meal replacement shakes this weekend. They have a choclate and strawberry flav. they taste awesome I usually dont like the protein type shakes but this was really good. You can use it for a meal replacement or a after workout recovery shake. It looks like they put a ton of science behind it. I have really gotten hooked on their energy and rehydration drinks so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I used their 3-day pack for one of my hunting seasons last year, and although I enjoyed it, the expense was quite high for what you actually got in the package. At $10/day, it'd cost me $180 to get me through my entire hunt this year... way too high for bars and drinks IMHO.

I typically carry protein bars and sport drink powders along while hunting. I averaged 12-mi/day last season and this didn't fail me.

It's a shame, I think they're on to something, but the prices need to come down significantly to be a reasonable alternative.

if you go to a vitamin shop or gnc you can get better quality for cheaper. The downside if you have to buy the zip_lock bags.

I mix mine with coke and jack. Good stuff.
