Does anyone know if there is a company that makes a wrist strap for a thumb Style release. I shoot with a carter ember II for 3D and for hunting. During hunting situations I like to have my release strapped to my hunt so I don't drop it. I made my own last year, but it wasn't a long term solution

I would also like to know the answer to this question. I shoot a chocolate addiction and have been looking for a strap. Made it without one last year during hunting season but don't want to push my luck this comming season.

Along the same lines, does anyone know a place where i can find a buckle strap for my carter release (currently have a velcro strap)?

Thanks.

i use my ember for hunting and thread a piece of D loop rope through the hole on the cocking bar and melt the ends together for a strap. then thread the strap through a small spring so i can keep it snug around my wrist. I make the loop long enough that when i have my hand at my side, the release will be just above my fingertips. I have never seen a wrist strap made just for a carter release.

This is exactly what I did last fall. I just figured someone had thought to make something that would be nicer looking.

You can check out Tru-Ball's Diamond with the V-Strap. Excellent!!

I use a James Greens strap and use d-loop material to attach the release to the strap. I punch a few holes in the leather and weave the rope through it to tie it off. I have been doing this for years. I saw that Lancasters had these straps in the catalog. Velcro and buckle....
