Haven't got my Judge yet. But I thought, what if Elite offered speed mod's? How many would buy them. I would have ordered them with the bow, and gladly paid extra! The draw is great, but to be able to step up the speed a little would be even better.

I was pulling 80 lbs with my Synergy with the speed mods, holding about 47-49 lbs. No problem holding it back, even for extended periods!
Just think, what if we could get another 10 fps. It would not be for everybody, just the speedfreaks. So I am not asking to hear from the ones that don't want them.

Imagine this, a near 360 ibo bow from Elite, can it be done? I know it can!

ok so last year a bow produced 345 with a 7 inch BH. This year they make a bow with a 6 inch BH that's only 5 FPS faster... Ok it's smooth I get it. But for me it would make more sense to have options if you don't care about L/O and smooth draw. I just want a killing machine that will push an arrow as fast as possible. I don't care if it costs me $950. I believe someone made a cam that was able to do this but.......

I'm not gettin any smaller, yet!!! Knockin on 200 lbs, almost 5'10" with a 31 inch waist. not quite average. I must have eatin alot of lead based paint chips when I was younger, LMAO!!! I'm really not a big guy, just done alot of hard work my whole life. I got 70 lb limbs just in case I ever wanted to sell my Synergy. Loved the 80's but if ya didn't shoot to often, ya knew it. It was awesome shootin 80 for bowfishin. They didn't "jump" or should I say, "swim", the string to much. i never had an arrow bounce off of a carp at 80, 70, well, alot!

Not to be a jerk or anything but that bow you stated getting 345 never really got 345....The speeds were lets say stretched a little....So this year they rated the true speeds of that bow which is what it should have been last year...Now the Judge is rated at 343-347 which is fast for a bow with around 85% letoff...The couple competitor bows that are getting so called 10 fps faster are 72-75% letoff bows so there is your difference.....jmho..

Surely you jest. The GTO never hit IBO speeds either. Nor did the 06 or 07 models. AND they all ran long on the draw length giving the perception that they were faster than they really were.

Bumped the trigger drawing that pansy bow back. 2nd time I ever shot a thumb release. Not sky drawing it, arrow goes real goofy when going over the hump.

It would really be something to have an extra option, for the ones who don't mind a stiffer draw. And to put Elite near the top of the speed race. Don't need to beat em, just join em.

If it weren't for having an Elite already, I would have bought a Dreamseason. Say I am an average Joe off the street. I go into the shop, and see the different bows hanging on the wall. I see for the same price, I can gain another 10 fps, with nothing more out of pocket! Which one would I buy??? Yes the Judge does draw better, but like I have stated, draw isn't a biggie. I like to get what I pay for. I'm not lookin for a Buick, I'm lookin for a Corvette, which I can get either in the moderately fast version, or the HOLY ****!!! You would like a 40+ inch ata, useless to me, I haven't talked against that at all. I haven't cared! Where do you stop in ATA? Where do you stop?

I wouldn't mind a speed mod option, but in the long run, I probably wouldn't use them.
I had speed mods for my Tribute and it changed the draw a lot and only got 5-7fps more. It wasn't worth it to me, but it would be an option for those who don't mind a little harsher draw.

Them were freckles! LMAO. I was wearing my contacts, and they don't work to good for reading. I pulled the card out of my camera and looked at the pic's. SCARED the SHIZZLE out of myself when this one showed up!
