No change, they make 2 suppressors now, at least thats what I read, I think Brad said they are continuing with the old style because of demand for it.

We felt the old one was a bit to bulky. The new one is just as effective but with a smaller form.
I have and like the old one myself. I think it looks cool and I like the fact that it works on other bows since it's adjustable.

I realize that I may be drifting off the topic a bit, but have any of you with an 07 Synergy found a sweet spot adjustment for this E-Suppressor.
I've been back and forth with this thing, from just touching the string to an 1/8" away, and I'll be damned if I can tell if it's any quieter. The bow is still loud!
Maybe good old rubber whiskers is still the answer!

Check the screws on the draw modules. When mine rattle loose the bow gets loud, but when tightened down it is very quiet. I have the old style suppressor barely touching the string, but I'm not really sure how much difference it makes.

There could be a bunch of different reasons for a loud bow. I would check and see if everything is tight on all mods and accessory's. are you using a loop? and what kind of sight and rest do you have? My bow had a rattle and I found it in the rest. metal loops are noisy no way to quiet those things. As for the String Suppressor Mine works best, a paper with away from the string.

Thanks for your thoughts guys, but everything is tight and I've only added a string loop to the string.
I 've also added Limbsavers to the limbs and use a 4 inch Stealth stabilizer.
This suppressor just doesn't do it, as far as I'm concerned.

Simply putting forth a thought here. To the shooter the sound of the string contacting the supressor is loud. You're right behind it. Get a friend to shoot your bow and stand off to the side 10ft. or so. That's a better measure. Another thing I do is I don't serve the string where it contacts the supressor as some do. The tightly served string slamming into the supressor is louder.
