Was hunting in Arizona this last weekend and glassed up the biggest desert mule deer that I have ever seen. This guy was a stud. He was running with 6 does. Well he finally bedded down and I watched the does feed over a hill and he stayed bedded so I decided to put a stalk on him. After a 1 1/2 hour stalk I was within 100 yds of him, things were looking good. Well I looked down and noticed that my stabilizer was gone. The threaded stud was there but the stabilizer had come off. This stabilizer was brand new. I had it and never used it before. however the rubber was attached to the stud it just came apart. What a piece of C#&p!!! Well I got to within 72 yards before the wind swirled and I was busted. I have to admit that I probably would have missed had I had a shot since this totally messed me up. I just couldn't get over worrying if I was going to make the shot with no stab. Last thing you need in the field is equipment failures to mess with your head. Any way DONT buy a FUSE Stab! They are garbage!

Had the fuse on because my bow would fit in the case with it on. Got back to the truck and put my Posten on. Should of used the Posten in the first place.

Mine came apart in the same place ( where the all thread is glued or hot melted into the rubber between the head and the rods)

Tried some Easton insert Epoxy, worked for a while then fell apart again. I got rid of the rubber piece but still use the weighted head.
not worth the $70.

sorry about the stalk that bites!

It is a pricey stabilizer to have that happen. I glued this one up too, we'll see how well it stays. It won't ever make a hunt out west again! Equipment failures are bad enough when in a stand or a blind, a short walk from the truck. They really suck when you are packing everything and weight is an issue, don't usually have an extra stab with me, really prefer to carry water, and other essentials.......lol

WOW that sucks, but did it just unscrew itself? I have had no problems with mine at all and really like it.

Whatever method they are using to attach the stab to the threaded stud it is coming apart. I have since glued mine but will never hunt with it again, probably never use it again, maybe just a backup to a backup.

When u think they will be available, and u think the Elite stab will be better than a B-Stinger?

I have a Fuse now. Not unhappy with it, but soon will want a change.

Mine came apart as well. It came with a hex style nut that is studed on one end. First I didn't use this. Part of the problem getting the glue to stick after it broke was tightening it down to the bow. But using the hex stud I was able to glue the stud in stab with goattuff and then put on the bow using the hex. Still a pain for what it cost,I am upgrading to the Elite stab anyway.
