Just curious when you are making your strings and cables, how much weight do you use to pre-stretch them before you start serving them??? Do you take orders by phone and can you do any color combinations??? What about speed nocks...do you install them on the finished string??? Thanks for your time.

Texas 10pt sorry if the post was misleading but i am not a string maker. I have several string makers who make the strings for me. And yes my string makers can make any color combination. I install the speed buttons on the bows when i am tuning them. Let me know if i can help and yes i do take orders over the phone. my hours are posted on my contacts page on my website.

Jerry is the east texas GURU when it comes to setting up and tuning bows. He fixed me up when my gt wasn't shooting right. I am a hunter not a bow mechanic and I don't have to be because Jerry is right around the corner,he has always taking the time to answer all questions and help out whenever their is a problem or a new gaget I want to try. He truly loves what he dose. I highly recommend him and his work:dance3:

Seeing that Z7 gives me an idea.

Can you do a "Monkey Tales" video like that 2nd Bowjax video???? Just replace every time you say Bowjax, with "Monkey Tales." That would probably be the greatest video EVER.

BTW, post some more Elite bow pics in the thread. You are starting to look like a Mathews dealer down there. :D

What has been your average speed increase on the Elites after your super tune with the models using the rev cams ?

Also could you explain what and how you orient or do the cams on the Elites as far as the draw force curve to get your super tune .

supertune is a fancy word for high attention to detail. A bow is eighter tuned or not. There is only 3 ways to increase speed.
1. Take weight off string
2. take strands out of string
3. pre load limbs more by adding poundage.

We do none of them. We tune all bows to factory spec and add our high attention to detail. No smoke, no mirrors, no lies.

But to answer your question speed gain varies from 5-8 fps. But is generally from a stretched harness.
