Would like to ask everyone

To keep my sister in their thoughts and prayers, I've been at the Hospital with her since 4:00 am on the 23rd and just came home fo a few hours sleep before I go back. She had a hip replaced a year ago and seems to have gotten an infection in it now. She has been in excruciating pain for over 24 hours and is just since 6:00 am this morning finally getting some relief. They are pumping her full of 2 very high powered antibiotics and have given her D'laudid and Morphine by I.V. and Vicodin by mouth to get it under control and then amoungst this she started having cardiac issues which put a stop to some things to take care of that problem. I very much appreciate this in advance and will now be signing off and getting a couple hours sleep before I return to the hospital. THANK YOU and may all of you have a great Christmas!!!!

Got a PM from Kevin, He is headed back to the hospital. The way it sounded there wasn't much change in his sister's condition. He asked that all would keep them in our prayers & he would update us when he can.

I would like to thank all of you. My sister had surgery yesterday morning ( Sunday , 27th) her hip is infected all the way down into the joint. They cleaned it out and on tuesday will open it up again and clean it out again they did have to remove a small amount of tissue but am hoping that after tuesday they will be able to close it up and after 48 hours then send her home with a central line or med-a-port for administering IV antibiotics. She will be on these for the next 6-8 weeks and it looks as though I will be doing the lions share of this but she is family and that is all that matters in a time like this. My oldest son who I dearly miss came home for a 5 day visit and just left again this morning. I only got to see him for about 6-8 hours out of the 5 days. At this time I'm very sad but it couldn't be helped and at least I got to see him a little. Well I have to get ready to go to the Hospital again and once again would like to thank you all for your prayers and thoughts she will need them. Thanks Kevin
