why would we need to talk u out of buying the better of the two bows if u like the bowtech better u should buy it if u like the GTO better waiting alittle while longer wont kill u sounds to like u just want to spend money i would buy the better of the two bows weather i had to wait or not

If your dealer is going to have a GTO in on Friday and it's not already sold, you are LUCKIER than most people here! Seriously.

Sounds like you need to be a little more patient. Look at it this way....the General isn't going anywhere. They are widely available. The GTO is probably the Hottest bow out right now and in major demand. Once your dealer gets the GTO in shoot it side by side with the General and you should know right away which one fits you best. If it's as soon as Friday, that's not a long wait to do the comparison. If you don't like the GTO, you could probably buy the General that same day. If not snatch that GTO up immediately. In fact, I'd tell my dealer I wanted first dibs no matter what. Problem solved.

Don't make a hasty decision and regret the purchase later.

Oh, and if you have the moola, buy both like Lucki said. Problem solved.

Either way, take a chill pill. It's a good problem to have! :2thunbs:
