Finally single digit temps!!

Headed out at 1:30am friday morning to my more favorite duck and goose hunting spot in western KY, Union/Henderson area should be awesome! I'll be back Sunday, and follow up with some details!!

:luck: I haven't waterfowl hunted in several years but a buddy drew a blind this year and has been after me to go. Early season was terrible though maybe this coldsnap with warm things up with the birds.

Pretty good, trip lots of ice on day 1, and day 2! We broke Ice for 2 hours on day 1 before the sun came up, I took my 12 and 13 yr old boys it wore their butts out!!lol

Harvest numbers All with a mix of Mallards, Black ducks, Ring Necks, Woodies, Gadwalls, and Smillie ducks (shouvelers) not the best numbers but productive and those are with 4 shooters!

My lab LakeinX2 worked awesome and REAL hard busting through Ice to make the retreives ( he's a machine) and loves it!

Got 2 bands on a Black Duck and a Woodie!! These pics are from my camera and have more on a friend of mine camera that went also!
