Have any of you tried the B Stinger on a GT500 and what is your opinion?

I use a 10.25 w/ a QD & an 11 oz weight. I have never held as steady befor. The group size difference is really noticable from 40 yards & out.
I really like my Stinger when I had it. I could hold the bow much steadier than without, and my groups tightened considerably.
I've since switch to a smooth stability stab - same theory, but I can shoot a little less weight, with the same effect.

I actually bought one, put it on my bow, saw that it worked just like everybody said and then sold it because I couldn't get over the looks. I have since bought the same B-Stinger that I sold back and decided that functionality means more than looks and I couldn't be happier I did.

Hey T-10, have you checked out the smoothstability stabilizers also. Same concept but IMO a better design. I believe they are B-stinger affiliated

PS- I do not sell any products just think it is a better design.

are you talking about that "thing" that looks like a steering wheel with steering rod? referring to the smoothstability

I don't care what anybody says, they are ugly, but they work. After its on your bow & you are shooting better scores, It'll grow on you. Mine won't be coming off my bow.

Completely agree. I put one on my Reezen and will now have one on all my future hunting bows. I shot a 12" 11oz.

I guess I must be the only only one that didn't like the B-stinger. I found it to be too heavy and did nothing for shock absorption. My groups where a little better but nothing to make me keep it on. I like my carbon impact's shock reduction and weight better. For hunting I like my current setup.

I sold mine too. I got an Xtreme stab; similar concept, but looks better and absorbs some vibration if needed.

I traded a bow a while back and the one I received had an 8 1/2" 8oz B-Stinger on it. I like the stabilizer more than the bow. After seeing how much better I shot with this one I'd really like to try a longer/heavier one. I'd like to try out a Smooth Stability too and see which I like better.
