We were having quite a few people who ordered bows from our site asking how to measure their draw length. To accomidate this, we added a draw length calculator to the website.

Hope others can get some use from it as well.
Thanks

The only problem I see is that it does not give half sizes.

The only problem I see is that it does not give half sizes.
Just use the old method of wingspan -15'' divide by 2 gives you all the fractional numbers.
Just use the old method of wingspan -15'' divide by 2 gives you all the fractional numbers.
I understand that, just pointing out that the calculator on their site is not working properly.

Good point. We'll update it for the half sizes.

Pretty close I just measured the whole family, mine showed 29.2" and I shoot 29"-29.5", wifes showed 25.6" and she shoots a 25". Thats a good tool for those who arent sure.

It tells me I am shooting a dl that is over 1" too long.
I would say hand/finger size would have some variation. My dl is 28" with a good anchor point, a slight bend in my bow arm and string at the tip of my nose. I would not want to go any shorter.
That calculator would be a good starting point.

Just use the old method of wingspan -15'' divide by 2 gives you all the fractional numbers.
When I use the calculator is says 27.2" but when I use this method it comes up to be 26.5".
My wingspan is approximately 68 inches. It appears that the calculator is using the wingspan divided by 2.5 method because they work out to be the same. When using 68"-15" divided by 2 it gives me 26.5".
