The Elite Promise



Elite Archery announces a groundbreaking new Guarantee on its bows as well as positive changes to its Limited Lifetime Warranty. Coupled together, this Elite Promise gives hunters and archers the peace of mind knowing Elite Archery stands behind its products, its dealers, and its customers.



Elite Archery Limited Lifetime Warranty




Elite Archery stands behind the workmanship and overall quality of its bows through a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is fully transferable and is valid no matter where the bow was purchased (new or used). This warranty covers the riser, pocket, limbs and eccentrics against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the bow. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all bows manufactured by Elite Archery in the past and present.

The Elite Archery Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover strings, cables, decoration and overall finish of the bow. Alterations or modifications to the bow by the consumer may void this Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the bow such as dry-firing, dropping, intentional or unintentional damage, etc. Elite Archery reserves the right to deny warranty coverage in the event that misuse is observed.

Elite Archery retains the right to replace components with equivalent components that may be of different design or decoration. Elite Archery may also request to visually inspect failed components prior to issuing parts and/or service.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied binding Elite Archery, Certified Elite Dealers and Certified Elite Distributors (International).






Elite Hunt Guarantee



Elite Archery believes that our customers are top priority and we want our customers to be 100% confident in their bows. Elite Archery is comprised of dedicated and passionate bow hunters – for this reason we offer a unique guarantee for our hunting customers.

It happens. You are on the hunt of a lifetime and you accidentally touch your broadhead to your string. You are taking your one-week of vacation to hunt with your friends and your buddy dry-fires your bow. If there isn’t a bow shop within driving distance, your hunt is over – but not if you’re shooting an Elite bow. No matter where you are or what happened to your bow, Elite will send a bow to you at no charge the very next day so that you can finish your hunt. This bow is on loan from Elite Archery and not intended to replace your damaged bow. The loaner bow will arrive with the customers requested draw weight and length, with a rest, sight and peep installed. The bow will be tuned and ready to shoot. It will only need to be sighted in with the customer’s arrows.

If something happens to your bow while on your hunt, please call us at 877-503-5483 and ask for the warranty department. The bows must be returned to us in the condition that they were shipped with all accessories. The loaner bow must sent using a shipping company that provides package tracking. Our goal is to make sure you can finish your hunt, no matter where you are, no matter what happened.

Elite was already one of the "Premier" bow companies...this announcement will make them the "Top Dog" in this industry. No one has ever offered a transferable warranty on a bow; I predict you will see sales jump in 2010. Just shows what a quality and well built product Elite has.

This covers all Elite bows. As long as the damage is covered under the warranty - any Elite owner is good to go.

I take a backup bow with me on away from home trips, but this is a GREAT OFFER. Nice to know I can get a 26DL bow in few days if I needed it.

Wow. Customer service in general is a dying art these days it seems, and now Elite steps up with this. I was already sold by your quality, now you have the best warranty i've ever seen. As long as you guys are making bows, i'll be buying them. Thanks!

My brother is on a hunt right now and just had is bow come apart from hitting the bottom of his stand upon release of his arrow while trying to harvest a decent buck,,, bottom cam bent and string was damaged also... So we will see how this warranty works??? He does not get many days off to hunt so hopefully he can get a loaner bow until i can get it fixed at the shop....

When I first read about this warrenty ,I thought :dance3: no-way ,but it made my jaw :jaw: drop to believe it .:) I may have to look closer at an Elite bow now !greenwithenvygreenwithenvygreenwithenvy

I am a very proud Elite owner and love these bows. I won my first two competition shoots with it at TAMUK and just love it. I especially love the new hunt promise they came out with. I shot my first deer with it two weeks ago and dropped him in his tracks had the gf with me and i looked over and said "thats an Elite for ya"

I just bought a used Elite from AT. The original owner never registered it and lost his paperwork. Will this bow be covered with warranty and what do I have to do?

I have recently found out the Elite archery promise is just words written on a page and not lived by its owners and employees. Glad I did not go ahead and purchase the Answer I was looking at. They do not even have the new catalog available at there dealers. Another company growing to fast to keep up with core values and understand customer service.

if Elites warrenty and cs isnt good enough for you then you are never going to be happy with any other company. :thumbsdown:

I have been very happy with the CS I have gotten from the current bow manufacture that I shoot. I will stay with them. Elite could take some lessons from them on customer service.

They have treated me like royalty each time I contacted them.

I agree this is definitely the best warranty in the industry. right now I shoot a diamond bow. so far everything's ok but as soon as I have the money or when I'm in the market again for a new bow, elite's definitely gonna be my next one. I shot the elite hunter last year at the deer and turkey expo in Madison, WI. best bow I shot so far

I can say that without a doubt the customer service that the elite group has is by far second to none. I have owned a lot of different bows by different bow companies and the customer service of those companies don't hold a candle to elite's. I have only spoke with maggie, dick, and katie (mostly through email) at elite and they are top notch people in my opinion and they definitely care about their customers as i am sure the other members of the company do as well. They listen, respond quickly to any issues or questions, and are serious about honoring their products. As far as the bows they manufacture, "awesome" best bow i have ever shot! Keep up the great work guys and gals...your work is definitely recognized and appreciated!! Thanks for the great service and awesome products!

you must have been speaking with a different bow company then elite!
