I am looking at buying a press and I have been looking at the ELP press but the information that Larry has sent me for some reason can't be converted. I have windows XP and I think he is using Windows 97 when I go to open the files it wont work. I have also been looking at the EZ press does anybody have any experience with these presses? If someone has the information from Larry and the ELP press could you please send it to my Email at SSYbanez@msn.com or help me to figure out how to convert the files I already have.
Thanks,
OBH

I just recently was looking for a new press myself and ended up with the x-press for the shop... I really like the idea of the ez press but I have some crossbow customers that I wouldn't be able to press their bows with the ez press. The ELP looks good too but I found a deal on the x that I couldn't turn down.

If you are only going to do compound bows and really want a good deal contact Jason at www.mccormicarchery.com. He has a new press that looks like its build like a tank and not to hard on the wallet either. Its like the ez-press where it only presses at the limb tips and dose not touch the riser. Its worth a look.

I can only see a old fashion one on a stand. :scratchhead:
