when it gets cold ? I was messin around with my XT and some microfleece to see if I could make something to keep the grip from being so cold if and when it does get cold. I was going to try moleskin but have to trap a few more. :p :D

I've not added moleskin but I do use baseball bat grip tape on all my bows. It helps a bit on the cold side as well.

Nothing for me. I have thought about some abrasive tape on the palm side of the riser though.

Nothin here, I took the side plates off too.
When its really cold I usually have a hot hands hand warmer and sometimes hold it on the handle.:o

a glove. THe throat is so small a glove works fine for me

Yeah, I wear gloves... I couldn't stand the thought of defiling my Elite grip in some way. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! :D

Tennis grip tape. Also, this year I tried a piece of thin foam or neoprene that used to be a can cover, maybe an 1/8 thick. I always wrap mine in electrical tape so the grip is not to "tacky" in my hand. Has worked well.

I got some self adhesive foam rubber silencing material similar to moleskin less than 1/8" thick. I molded it around the grip on my Guardian and it works great! I covered the seam with real good black tape like duct tape. I can now shoot in very cold weather with a bare hand if I want. It really doesn't look all that bad either.

I actually prefer a fleece glove without finger tips. I want the back of the riser somewhat slippery so it will always settle in my hand the same when I draw the bow. The last thing I want on my grip is anything which might cause my palm to gain traction. Torque is not my friend when shooting bows.

I try to avoid even wearing a glove but sometimes I have no choice. So to answer your question, I add nothing to my grip.

I am in the process of putting mole skin on my Envy under the shelf. More to keep the camo from wearing than anything else
