I use 3 pins mainly set at 15/30/45. I do have 5 pins though, 2 are spare down the bottom of the sight. For target i use 6 X Titan scope.

two pins for hunting, to cut down on confusion.

One at 20 and one at 35.

This year, I used a single pin HHA and a range finder. :thumb:

Right now I use 3 pins for hunting. I took 2 of them out to remove some clutter. I like the idea of just 20 and 35. I may try that.

I have been using a single vertical pin from VBG (Star Track) but I like the micro adjust models that are coming out so I guess I'll have to make myself get used to horizontal pins. (:puke:)

I use the spot hogg 7 deadly pins.

It is set up for 20 / 30 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60

I pretty much limit myself to 40 yards for hunting. The other pins come in handy for shooting archery league in the summer.

Forgot to add. If anyone needs replacement pins don't buy them. Contact me first I probably have extras. They would be free to those that need them

I also use a single pin HHA slider, for me the open field of view is a huge plus while hunting.

3 pin fuse intripid on old bow for 20, 30, 40. I want to try a one pin HHA sometime this summer. I like the idea of one pin for hunting, thinking it will show up better in low light.

This guy means business. 100 yards is well within his range. That's why he has seen the Elite light.

1 single pin HHA adjustable. I like these as it cuts down on confusion at the critical moment. If animal comes in at different yardage you simply aim higher or lower with the one pin. works good for me. Check out missed it by that much for results. Whatever you choose good luck and shoot straight!!

I have two sights (since I haven't talked my wife into another new bow yet), one for 3D with five pins that I use for a range finder also. It's not perfect but very close. The trophy ridge matrix .019 is very thin and all in vertical line eliminating clutter. I shoot year round as most of us probably do. My method is basically for deer since we don't have anything bigger in MO. I have told several of my freinds about this and they have applied it with success. Randy drilled a doe from the ground at 45 yards double lung. He said it was easy. It does work. Do I need to take time and post the method. Don't want to bore anyone.:blahblahblah:

I use the HHA OL-5019 I like the single pin sliders because they are easier for me to focus on the single pin and not four or five pins.

My Envy has 7 (20-80) for hunting, my synergy had 9 out to 100 yds for froggin' around at the 3-d range. We were shooting some "fun" 3-d last fall and had a standind bear at about 44 yards out and I just crushed the 12 spot. My buddy (manager at the shop) says to me; "What pin did you have on that one?". I looked him in the eyes and said: ALL NINE OF THEM. true story. Funny as heck. He was shooting his Hoyt..
