Decided to redo my first XLR.... It started out as a AT with cuda cams, then went to a AT with rev cams, and Now a Ninja!!!! I refinished the limbs and built new strings in royal blue/flo. yellow black spec/blue .014 halo ends... Added a custom Stage 1 Strings sticker, and kept the Git-A-Grip... Now I have to finish up out fitting it with some new arrows and my new custom B-stinger Stabs....Now it will be a tough decision when it comes to shoot my target red or ninja?????

Sweet looking rig Matt, I have stage one strings on my GT and am thinking about a new set for my target blue XLR. Flo green and flo purple, what do you think?

flo green/blue white spec/with flo green ends or blue ends would sound good????
I sure am looking hard at the XLR for a deer bow. I was playing around with OT2, and with my specs, it was giving me 308 fps. and 70 KE. That sounds very nice along with a 8.5 BH. I have always liked a little longer A-A. Is the length real noticable compared to a GT500? How does the draw compare to a GT500? I have yet to shoot the XLR, but I think I may have to buy one sight unseen. I don't think I would be dissapointed. Feel free to throw in any comments or sugestions.

nice bow,
which cams do you like shooting better, the rev or the cuda cams
is there a reason you made the switch??

I tried to shoot the cudas at 28.5" and it was just to short for me... With the Rev cams I have found that special place.... Both of my XLR's have custom string specs for 29" draw created by Wes himself... With the new specs these bows shoot lights out and the draw is awsome you do not feel any dump into the valley.. The bow seems to hold and aim alot better too.. 2 of our other shop shooters Corey Harting and Bob Smith also agree with the new specs that it turns the XLR into a different animal.. Even the Boss is shooting a XLR with Rev. cams now and is absolutely shooting lights out... Last night on a 22 target course I shot (13) 11's IBO.. and only shot (1) 5, yardage got me bad! the rest of the shots were solid 10's...

Aahh. Mine arrived at the dealers today..or at least it should have. Despite all the notices on the door to deliver packages to the side entrance, and the fact they always do it that way, the mailman decided thgere was nobody there and left a card, so can't get it re-delivered until tomorrow at least.
It will be worth it.
