How do you set cams with respect to the limbs?

Not talking about timing the cams, I'm talking about getting the perfect roll over point (i.e., setting the cam rotation relative to the limbs).

Is the only way to remove string and cables, set them to exact specs and re-install?

Kevin suggested looking at the draw force curve to see if you got it right, but that doesn't tell you what to do if you got it wrong and where to start.

If the string and cable lengths are specified properly that is the easiest starting point. If they aren't well that's another story. Then again why would a bow company want to give you incorrect specs?

I think Kevin said you should hit peak draw weight 6-6.5" into the draw cycle, so if you have a draw board that will tell you if your cams are set correctly for max preformance.
If you hit peak weight to soon I would think you a short strung, if peak weight to soon probably long.
Hopefully Kevin will give input.
