Hello All,
Just wanted to share some pictures of the 2nd generation nock travel machine I built. I can plot nock travel, adjust cam timing, make draw force curves and measure actual draw length with it.
I hope to test as many of the 2008 bows I can get my hands on. Then I will publish the results.

The machine is designed to accurately measure the following, the degree of "level" nock travel, "Straight" nock travel, "real" draw length,
"actual" let-off. Plus provide draw force curves and cam timing. Why do this? It defines what the bow builder actually provides to the customer (us)
Do the advertised specs and reality match. In many bows that is not the case.
It also explains why some bows tune so much differently from others with the same advertised specs (draw length, draw weight and IBO speed)

This Drawboard is what all other drawboards need to be designed as,,, This about covers it all for a drawboard that does multiple things... And it's accurate..Takes the guess work out... WHere the heck has Old Buck gone as of late anyway?

Just wondering if the floating table is used to help stop the nock travel, being influenced by the stationery winch??

Good point, and it probably helps with storage up and out of the way.
