Envy Replacement

I love my Envy but is there a replacement in the works? Is it possible to get anymore speed out of a 7 inch brace height bow? Do I wait and see or msybe pick up a new synergy Xt to play around with.

I have a dealer about 1 1/2 hrs from me that has a new Envy in stock. The only problem is that I have a 26.5" draw and like to shoot a loop. Therefore the bow would have to go down to 26". From what I can tell the Envy only goes down to 27". If this is incorrect and you can shoot it at 26 or 26.5" please let me know.

The original Mods on it went to 26", the new Black mods stop at 27"!

Do ya'll think that it would be better to try an Envy or order the new Fire for a short draw archer? This is assuming that you could ge the mods to go down to 26" draw.

I know most people say that when you take a bow down to the short or shortest setting that you lose performance and that for short draws you would be better off going with a bow designed for short draws so that you get the best performance. What is everyones opinion on this topic?

The fire looks sweet but I think the Envy will be tough to beat speed wise.

I have attached pictures and the specs. I have also listed the MSRP prices below. As far as the replacement for the Envy, I hope to have some information in about 2 weeks. The plan is to start production in about 4 weeks.

I am college kid, as the name says, I have an Elite impulse and I love it! Totally worth the lack of eating food to be about to save the money to buy one. But the money is why I don't have an Envy too... I can not eat for a bit, but not too long... If that new speed bow is as good as the Envies I have shot and reasonably priced too, I am going to skip some meals again and save some coin AGAIN to buy one, FOR SURE!!
