I must admit, I've never even seen an Elite bow, let alone shot one. For months I have been curious about them, especially when I read so many good reports on the Mathews forums as well as on AT. There also has been a bit of interest when I have read about problems and turmoil here. I am sure that is my natural human interest in gossip. I wanted to try an Elite this year but instead of buying a new bow or several as in years gone by, I found myself selling quite a few on AT and ebay to keep some cash rolling in. I would be lying if I said I wouldn't love to be the winner of a new bow. I do wish you the best as I wish our entire country the best in these difficult economic times. It takes a courageous decision to see the positive when there appears to be more negative every day. Perhaps change is the direction we need to head in for the old paths have apparently led us to the center of the maze, not the exit from it.

First post here after joining a few minutes ago. Regular member on a few other hunting sites and after hearing of this forum I thought I better join in. I may have two dealers within 30-40 miles, just need to make a call this weekend and confirm it. I sure hope so as I have been wanting to check out Elite bows for a long time. I've never even seen one in person but from what I have been reading here and on other sites, Elites are great shooting bows and have great customer service.
