I'm in Columbus right now on business. Actually Dublin. How do you guys stand this weather up here ? Cold and white. And I think there's supposed to be significant snow tonight. :rain:

If I get stuck here because of weather, I'll be looking for an Elite Dealer. Any in Columbus area ? :scratchhead: With an XLR in stock ? I might want to meet you. :shakehands:

Check out Michael at Terminal Velocity in Chillicothe, which is a good hour drive south of Dublin. Definitely worth your time and effort:2thunbs::2thunbs:

Well. I got out OK today, so no time for play. But now I'm in Baltimore, and the weather is as bad if not worse - or at least supposed to be in the AM. Snow with freezing rain on top. But Columbus was supposed to get pounded tonight and tomorrow, so glad to be out of there.

It's funny. Well, kind of. :tapfoot:

I got lucky and got out of Columbus yesterday afternon right on time.

I get to Baltimore and it's OK, but by nightfall, it became really bad really fast. This morning was treacherous to say the least. LOTS of ice. But I managed to get out of there this afternoon about 4:00 thanks to SWA only about half hour late. Not bad at all on a terrible weather day with really poor visibility and bad conditions.

I think I have it made since it's 65 degrees reportedly in Raleigh, NC. :oh_really:Well, they forgot to tell us how rough it was going to be. One of the rougher flights I have been on in years, and I have been on more than most pilots. Lots of heavy rain showers and gusty winds. Then a drive home in torrential rain and bumper to bumper traffic. :help:

What a week.

Glad to be back in Carolina with sunny days ahead and days in the 50's. Bow time tomorrow.
