how can i take the next step, and move into shooting 300's consistently and increase the x-count.
I know-shoot more

i started shooting paper about 1 year ago. i can consistently shoot 297-299 with 38-48x's.lately closer to 45-48 x's. i feel i have learned alot in the past year, but there is always more.

i finally can get on the x and feel comfortable staying there. i usually eithor loose my concentration and just let one fly, or struggle to exicute 60 good shoots without collapsing or just poor follow thru.

right now i am shooting a 4 finger thumb release, GT500 set at 58lbs, using a sword pin sight, and shooting 30x arrows-bhfs set up

anything to help me out? i don't want to be here forever shooting 298, and 299

Lanny Bassham audio tapes to listen too. LannyBassham is listen to by many top gun pros. Its where I heard about him. Really good stuff. You got to have a mental game to do well in archery. Lanny the man.
