I shot this at 20 yards, but 12 of them were in the driveway, threw the shops front door and then 8 yards to the target.....:homer: I was standing in the drizzling rain under a pine tree. I discovered that being hit by a drip on top of the head scares me as much as a clicker on a back tension....:)

Be glad you didn't go down and shoot with us at the range. They had a problem with the natural gas. Raw gas was seaping back into the building. We didn't know what it was. It smelled like a backed up toilet. No wonder my eyes where burning and blurry. It's a wonder we all didn't pass out. Can I blame my score on that?

okay I shot a 278 with 5x.
the husband shot horribly (worse then me heh heh) so he's going to try again on Friday.

Question, if you are able to shoot more than one time in the given week and your score improves can you edit your score, since it is in the same week? Just a question guy's and gals don’t want to ruffle any feathers.

I never get to shoot except for Monday nights, but this week I was able to sneak away and shoot on Wednesday and shot a better score.

Monday......... 276 9x
Wednesday.....290 5x


Just thought I would ask. I guess you could not post your scores till the last day, but that might make it rough on you Steve.

Thanks for being open with it Medic1, i will change a score posted up until Sunday night at 7 PM central time. That way i can post something up for everyone to see. I have it on an Excel spread sheet and i think i can save it .pdf format and post in a thread for everyone to open and see. if not Reacher is going to host it on his website as a picture. Will try to post it up every Sunday night but it could get bumped to a Monday morning.

This is not a formal win anything shoot. and if it gets you to shoot 3 times a week and improve,ask questions and be pro-active, then it's working. :)
Hopefully some will get hooked on spots and seek out local clubs or organizations. archery clubs can always use new members.

OK green team....I screwed up and was scoring wrong. I actually scored somewhere in the 280's with 8 X's. Wassaw actually cleared me up on the scoring rings so this week I will have my correct score and it will be higher. Sorry for letting the team down. I thought I was a better shooter than 261:movehorse:

I have an idea, how about we get the top shooter for each week to post up pics of their targets so we can all see what it is like to shoot those awsome scores and to have something to compare our own targets to, so we can have something to enspire us to shoot better. Hopefully someday I will get a 300 on a vegas target with 20+ x's... I have shot a 300 43 x on a 5 spot but I think the vegas 3 spot is alot harder to aim on for me personally...thanks Matt.

Seems like an aweful waist of paper the way some of these guys only shoot the very centers of the targets. I like to get my moneys worth and use the whole target.:freak:
