I did! and I totally redeemed myself from last week with the whole sites falling off right beforehand incident. I shot my best indoor score ever. it was just a 552 but this is just my second year doing competitions.

Shot the Kansas City pro-am Sat and Sun. Participated in the Trophy Freestyle class. Didn't do too bad for my second ever indoor shoot...placed in the 2nd flight. I didn't see any other Elites there, but that's not to say there wasn't. Plenty of Hoyts, BT's, and Mathews. I was proud to represent.

What score did it take to win that class. Hated to miss that shoot. Heard they didnt have any practice other than the ten shots. Thats never good. Buddies needed to fix a few promblems after Sat and had no place to shoot. Sad someone drives that far and then has no place tp practice or repair the bow.

Congrats on a good round. I missed a tournament this weekend to take one last crack at some meat. I ended up taking a doe with the bow you sent me a couple of weeks ago.

I'm not sure what the scores ended up being for all the classes. I didn't stick around after the morning shoot. I shot a 633/51X for both days - 2nd place, 2nd flight. I think they said independencebowhunters.com would post the scores in a couple of days. There wasn't anyplace to practice that I know of...just the ten shots before scoring started like you heard.

If they dont have a place to shoot next or practice next year. I wont go!
Not worth it to drive 5hrs and not have a few practice ends. This was the first one I have missed in several years.

Hopefully that will change for Sectionals in March. Are you planning on going to that one?

You can always drive about 40min North and visit Crackers shop - I think they had the building open on Friday night, but yeah it was only the 2 practice ends both days, not that it would have helped me out any, who would think shooting a piece of paper at 20yrds was so difficult
