We built a get-away house upstate in Pa. and had a pond built this summer. Has a great spring feeding it and it has been wet all fall. It's about 12'.

I have had a pond in my front yard since 1979. It is fed by 2 springs and normally I have water through the runout year round. This year due to the drought which has effected most of the southeast, my pond was over 4 ft. low this summer. It has just reached the level where there is runout in the past week due to recent rainfall. I have to wonder how many fish I lost.

Dozer- I reside in suburbia, but my heart lies at my place up north. There, I'm in western Susq Co. I used to grouse hunt all around your area. I have a good friend in Cherry Flats.

That's great, got some friends there too. Love it here myself, turkeys seem very plentiful this year. That pond looked similar to one I built a while back, that's why I was asking.
