Hello everyone, I am 35 years old male. My first angiogram showed the entire heart receiving blood from collaterals, plus I was sedated at the time. I've been told collaterals normally open only during extreme exercise or during heart attacks. How unusual is cardiac collateral circulation that supplies the entire heart, not just blockage areas?
